The project

This project was to identify a trend and apply it to a centre for daily living without ignoring comfort and suitability for living.

The project focused on renovating the building but at the same time its objective was to satisfy the increasing requests from people who wish to have the convenience of city life and be surrounded by an exclusive and revitalising green area.

Clear volumes, with functional and ready spaces, combine well with the idea of investment. This ideal theory is strengthened  by the energy saving guaranteed by class B certification.

This urban set-up internally deconstructs the logic of the metropolis and makes it possible to live differently, in a much smarter and environmentally-friendly way.
